Does this include the use of a large sledge hammer? In the football team's gym/workout room at the U. of South Carolina, they have a half dozen of these that they swing sledge hammers at and beat the snot out of. The real workout is trying to keep the sledge hammer planted as it lands, no recoil.

Yes it does. Also some flipping, dragging, and battle. We used these in football too. A lot of folks under rate the sledge hammer though.
