Getting ready to head into my last night of these long night shifts.....gonna enjoy the weekend off.

Did a big grill cook for my folks at work on Tuesday night. Was a big hit......but the best thing cooked was some venison skewers one of the guys had prepared and brought in and tossed on the grill.

We stood there and destroyed them as soon as they came off the grill. Super flavor.

He's gonna send me his marinade recipe and I'm going to try them on some beef cut....not sure which.....over this weekend off. My son and I will love 'em as apps.

Also.....what's a good "sales" price for the badass red Weber 22" kettle ? I want to get in line for one of those.

Thank you for the J-Lo pics. She has dat booty !!!!!!!!!!!!

I have definite plans to get on some booty duty this weekend off, too. Chilling, Grilling, Sexing it up and get a couple mods done on my truck.

    Hey Tacoma Cook Team
For my Cajun Microwave I used some old tong and groove wood from a house that was torn down up the road. The inner liner is stainless sheets, between the wood and stainless is 1 1/2 in. fiberglass board to keep insulated. The fire box I used 1 1/2 angle iron for the sides and flat plate for the bottom. Then added a grill over the top for wood fire cooking.I drilled a hole to screw in a temp gauge to monitor heat.
I like to start the fire with a few pieces of match lite and pile fire wood or broke branches on after.
While cooking a wild hog or deer roast inside it I can cook appetizers on the top or keep beans and hand warm.
You can cook with this for very cheap. Broken oak branches from the yard or fire wood just to keep the fire going.
    Get you one and enjoy.

OH that's Eli helping me take the pics.
