With attaching the cage to the cab. Does it really matter if you connected them on the lower section of the pillar instead of the upper section? I’m considering attaching the cab to the cage from the middle down on the pillar.

LOL. Shhhhh don't tell them that!
I need a rear leaf kit soon, the more of them that go to links the more second hand parts for me to pick from.

More is always better. For the upper half just do a simple tab to the stock seat belt mount. It's quick , easy , and also the strongest part of the cab

run it to see how it works then go from there of what you need, would suck to revalve it and then have to start over again if it doesnt work and you loose that time the first time around

Tim will tell you to valve it at factory fox settings and tune from there.

I could be completely wrong or mixing up my numbers but for some reason 15/12 rings a bell lol

And tune with a lot of weight, everyone always told me leafs love weight over the axle and the best my truck felt was loaded down with a dirt bike, spare, and enough gear for a desert trip (4-5 full gas cans, gear, etc)

Yes, I've had mine on for about a month, and 3 wheeling trips.

All I can say is: DO IT!

Anything to take note about regarding whether they're mounted on top or bottom? Is that referring where the tube connects to the shock body? Looking for some rear bypasses :spy:

What was the turn around time like? I figured it would be a good upgrade rather than getting an oem replacement. After my LT is installed, that will be one of my next purchases

    A thing or two...
How's the install? I'm guessing that it's not a bolt in part.

Go for bottom mount (resi port on the lower part of the body NOT the top cap) top mount resi on a bypass will have cavitation issues. Only ones I have seen done that way are older foxes and some rad flos
