Yeah I messaged him about it. Says they have a fresh rebuild on them but they look pretty beat just from the pictures lol. Wouldn't mind a set of bypasses but not paying full price for used stuff lol

I don't NEED bypasses but I think with a little tune ability and a slightly bigger shock, it'll make my crawler slightly more enjoyable going more than 10 mph lol. Plan is to outboard the rear shocks with my 63s once I finish the new 9 in. Will make sure it has room for a 2.5 bypass though. Should be easy with a 68"wms though.

Anyone know about rebuilding king bump stops? Called today and they said you need special bump stop oil but I can’t find anything on that when I search for it

With that said, when guys outboard the rear and angle them forward, how many degrees are you angling them? Ive heard any where from 10-15*. Or is straight up and down best?

Let me know what he says lol when I dealt with him he seemed ok. Paid for 2 day air to ship his stuff to me and paid for my stuff to ship to him so I didn’t spend a dime lol well worth it cause I got what I wanted. I’m not sure he knew what he was doing on his end with his truck lol here’s some pictures when I took them off to send them to him. They cleaned up well, New uniballs and a coating and they would be pretty nice set up. 800$ is pretty fair

Did the shoe come with? That might sweeten the deal a bit.

Lol reminds me of the deal I got super excited about in Texas. Dude had brand new 10” triples and wanted 2k and said they were pure race.. I told him 800$ and he said each and I was like yea no lol deals come and go though there will always be more lol I would have never noticed that they were my shocks if he didn’t use the pictures of them on my truck I closed that tab and was like wait... and sure enough lol

Hes all butt hurt over it which is fine. Was thinking he was going to say 1000 for them and figured I could get him down a little but wasnt expecting 1800 and 1200 lol. Not looking to spend even that kind of money though but when the right deal comes up I'll jump on it. Good looking out

A couple weeks to get the rack from Solo, sometimes they have one on the shelf, sometimes its 3 weeks lead time.

The actual install was two easy days in my shop, working by myself on jack stands.

It's not bolt in, but it's not a really hard fab job either. I've got a couple posts on it in my build, bottom line is you have to move the bungs the rack bolts into, and you have to notch the frame to clear the boots.
