I bit the bullet and just installed yesterday. I didn't get any measurements, but the front is nose high right now should settle a bit. Waiting for the AAL for Headstrong to come back to stock to do the rears. So far it seems a little rougher then the OR suspension, but it goes through bumps pretty well.

Do you have a pic of how it sits when it's fully loaded?

Anybody have an idea of what this piece is called? It came from my overload leaf and I'm looking to put it back in to handle my RTT and bedrack.20180810_182652.jpg

The only good side pic I have is with my constant 180-200lbs in the back. I do have a pic form when I loaded up for beach with about 500-600lbs not a good side shot but it was level.

About 5,500 lbs (sagging but def not as bad as stock, handled the load okay, that was the 3rd time with a heavy load that made the truck sag but the springs have still bounced right back, will eventually upgrade to HD Dakars)

Thanks man! Good looking ride. Trying to get an idea of how my truck will sit when I add the overload back in. For now, it sits pretty level without. Seems like you gotta have some pretty good weight in the rear to see it at a level stance. How long have you had it in now? Think the back has had enough time to settle?

Yeah I think they’ve definitely settled by now. I’ve had it in for 6 months/7,000 miles, 4-5 heavy loads and several of loads between 300-600 lbs...it still has positive rake

Btw mines didn’t have that piece of metal you’re holding on your pic but looking at the wear marks on the leaf on the table, it looks like it goes right over it face down maybe ??

Does the AAL make any noise? I am planning to do the same setup. I didn't install a spacer it seems to be ok, but I guess I will find out when it settles a bit.

Yeah my leaf packs squeak there are several some remedies ive read to try and prevent it, I’ve tried doing the used diff oil as some had suggested but it still comes back, sprayed liquid film goes away for while...I don’t really pay attention to it anymore

hmm I wonder what I can do to avoid all noises from the leafs in the back? Wonder a whole real setup or a block will cause noise.

    It’s some type of spacer.
