I live like 2 minutes from browns. Can definitely stop by on Friday.

Guy drove right into my driver's door and rear passenger door. Front door had to be replaced, rear they were able to save. But lots of body work on the rocker panel.

Trying to figure out what wheels to replace my
Mojaves with. I had them out as a feeler for trades but nothing came up that I thought would look good. Thoughts?

Wheel spacers ftw :bananadance: I’d prefer to run properly backspaced wheels to clear my UCA, but $200 for spacers vs $1,000 for new wheels was a no brainer.

I got my dad a set of spacers for his f150 after he put a leveling kit on and some pocket flares. It looked silly with the wheels sitting inside of the flares. The spacers gave them just enough push to fill out the flares

The SCS wheels are designed for our trucks so they clear the uca's & the larger 231mm tundra brakes and they are hub centric. I just wish they poked out like my old wheels. I have a extra new F5 laying around so I may order 3 more and switch these wheels out for them. They will match my 4runner wheels.

Hmmm, still looks good to me. Seems like the poke is equal to the amount of flare bulge. I think more and you wish you had mud flaps. Especially in the winter.

This is from driving to work one time.

    20180108_132740.jpg

I'm actually thinking of adding mud flaps (that I will make outta larger mud flaps) back for the winter months and then remove them in the summer. Something like this:

    https://www.amazon.com/Plain-Black-...id=1533828113&sr=1-5&keywords=truck+mud+flaps

I will use my OEM flaps to trace the outline, add about 2" to the outside and cut away the rest. Then sell my OEMs.

For me the UCA clearing problem came from the wider tires. I have the oem tundra wheels which don’t poke quite enough. I like the wheels and wanted to keep em!

I don't drive this truck in the winter, I have that rusty old land cruiser for my winter beater.

Ok. If you can come by around 1pm or after that would be best. I’ll be the only Sales Manager there until then. My name is LaMont and I work out of the new car building.

Yea. I don't want to go to a bigger & heavier tire because I don't want to affect my mpg's. My brother went from C rated 265/75 duratracs on his lifted Tacoma to the E rated 285/75 duratracs and he said his mpgs went to shit. I have enough clearance to clear the uca's so I may go to a wider size.
