I'm guessing the auto RC is also 4.10, as Jeff stated his came with 4.10.

 

Yes, autos also came with 4.10s. ECGS kept my 4.10s when they changed mine out to 4.88s.

I'll be towing a 5x8' uhaul up the mountains tonight loaded with furniture. Not a crazy load, But I'm interested to see how she does. The last 3 miles is up the side of a mountain. Dirt road. Might need 4wd for at least some of it, Maybe 4lo because it gets pretty steep.

 

I’m curious to see how she does too. I’ll be doing this same thing in about two weeks.

 

I have a first gen (2000 Prerunner Reg Cab 2.7l), and looked up the Vin code, and they arent certain what mine is for sure, but most believe it is the 4.30 gears. Theres a gap information and my vin code is a mystery. 90% of the time they said it was 4.30 when they checked it.

 

I towed a 5x12 uhaul loaded to the hilt from east Texas to western Arizona. I burned a crap ton of fuel, but it did it fine.

 

The previous owner left an amp wired to the factory 09 base head unit. I've since replaced with a 2013 touchscrren non jbl/nav. Do you think I could use this sub to power some upgraded door speakers? If it’s still hooked up to the sub and you want to keep it that way then no. If you want an amp to power the sub and the door speakers you will need a 3/4 channel amp.

 

My engine coolent is getting low, can i just add more or do i need to do a full flush first? What brand should i get?

 

Sure, one channel per side but no sub. I’d definitely get a set that comes with a crossover

 

That should've said amp. All i have left is the planet audio amp connected to the factory head unit.

 

Oh then yeah man that’ll work. You’ll just have to run speaker cable from the amp to each of the doors.
I also recommend a good set of component speakers.
