    Also, i must ask, is your truck an AWD? And if so, what did you do to convert it? Id loveee to do this to my truck so i can put all the power to the ground all the time..

    Misfires on all 6 cylinders can be a vacuum leak. Check all hoses and make sure one didn’t come off or break while doing all the coil swapping.

    Because air fuel ratios above 14.7 cause premature catalytic converter failures if they are consistently above that target over time. This is especially true with engines over 170K which have seasoned original catalytic converters in play. I know other states don't really care about the catalytic converters or may not even have smog programs at that, but us California natives worry about that stuff because not only do they cost an arm and a leg to replace, but they also will trigger check engine lights and cause us to fail smog. You'll still fail even if you have oxygen sensor simulators in place and the check engine light off because if you straight pipe the exhaust they still perform visual inspections.

    Checked all hoses and everything looks like it should. URD is having me ship them back my UCon so that they can test it, only problem now, is that half the clips that hold the UCon connections into the stock ecu are broken off, making it impossible to separate the two. This has turned into a real pain in the ass

    How does that make it impossible to separate the two? All I see are broken retaining clips to the connectors.

    Hard to get anything small enough in there to get the clips to release without damaging the ucon or the stock ecu..

    May have to get one of those. Problem is there is very little clearance between the black portion of the ucon connections and the top of the stock ecu plugs. I tried a very thin pocket knife and it felt like it wanted to break. Whatever it is, has to be very thin

    One of my clips broke .. was able to get a flat head between the clip/ecu and wiggle it loose.

    Truck started and warming up. Getting the air bubbles out to the system and going to go test drive it with the tech after he gets back from lunch. It does sound a bit different. Can't really place the difference, but it almost sounds like it is missing, but not. It does have a lot better throttle response and revs much faster. I really hope this is what the truck needed.

    Well runs damn good and smooth.....................................except the belt I had him put on was an old gatorback because the Dayco didn't show up until about an hour ago. A week and a half late. They kept sending reboxed Gates belts. And the gatorback must be done for. can only get about 2lbs of boost. It is 96 degrees out but I should get more than that. So we will swap belts after work. But the AFR is great. Right in the upper 10's, not the low 8's.

    Managed to get the ecu and the ucon separated.. mailed it back, hoping that is what was causing the issues..:fingerscrossed:

    If i cant get my problems figured out soon, i might consider ov myself. Not sure how that would work with the ucon cam gears that are already installed though..
