Installed "Total Chaos" bed stiffeners today! Drove through the complex with those nasty speed bumps and what a difference! No more bed rattling. Sounds solid. Good gaps!

I wish lamin-x made headlight film for our trucks. I have had film on everyone of my cars for past four cars. It works great at preventing cloudiness and hazing to headlights.

I love my Falken Wildpeaks AT3W. Quiet, light and great price-point.

 

Precut headlight film would be nice, but they do make universal sheets. It would take a little more work, but might be worth the effort.

Yeah they’re great and if you catch them on a $75 rebate on EBay you can score them for about $400 or under

 

When I can afford it, I'd like to drive to your shop and have the same items installed. Would you you need photography services at the same time?

 

Pretty straight forward install for the most part...about 2 beers if you take your time. I spaced the leading edge of the front tower 11.5" from the leading edge of the bed header, and the rear tower leading edge 24" from the trailing edge of the front tower. I left the towers slightly loose and installed/torqued the crossbars with a touch of spacing (see pic), then tightened the towers to the rails. Don't go crazy on the torque, though...they don't need a ton to be solid. The only thing additional I did was cut out some 2mm neoprene for between the towers and bedrail caps. This setup was exactly what I was looking for, and my RTT mounts flawlessly...
