Being from Los Angeles I'm confused as to who decided these things? Was there some sort of vote I missed?

Yup, it's a fine example of how irresponsible simple minded people ruin everything for the regular folks.

Oh, and isn't there a saying that you can judge the health of the planet by the the health of the ocean..... or some shit like that..

I think the term used is single serving plastics.

Don’t get me wrong I hate seeing stuff all over the beaches. It’s just beyond irritating that people can’t pick up after themselves. No matter where it’s at. I can’t count the number of times I’ve seen empty fast food bags/containers just left in the street or on the beach. Just look at any movie theater
    after a show. Just disgusting

    Thank you.

While those are indeed a pain, I believe there is a special place in Hell for the inventor of the Torx screws.

Apparently engineered to round off the bit and/or the bolt.

Only if rusted. Otherwise torx gives better grip than allen or robertson.

^It was another woman that pushed her off...
It's a Chevy S10 of similar age as a 1st gen Taco, in Massachusetts. Either the frame broke or the cab broke off from the mounts due to rust.
