    Hi TW,

EDIT: nothing else on the vehicle is for sale. Just the powdercoated Aluminium Overland Series Bumper.

Would anyone be interested in a damaged Demello overland aluminum bumper for a second gen Tacoma (2005-2011)? I damaged a tie-rod wheeling, it decided to snap at 20-30mph on a rocky road, and I hit a tree. Bumper held up ok and likely prevented the airbags from being deployed.

It was, and still could be, a great bumper. I don't think I'm up for trying to pull the bumper back into shape and trusting my welds (I've only got a 215 MIG welder, and I'm not a pro welder by any means!). It could probably be repaired by winching the bumper true, tacking the cracked piece, removing it, re-welding the broken weld, then re-installing it (Jason recommended trying that route, but my aluminum welding skills are sub par).

$400? Open to offers, this is the first time I've sold a "damaged" product. I'm in Modesto, Ca if you want to take a look.

Product is supposed to be removed from the truck. If it’s straight someone will swoop for a good deal. Had another. Buddy damage his pelfrey and bent it back as his was replaced by insurance

i would totally take this if I was closer. I wont be back in california until october. being aluminum, I dont think it would be too hard to bend it back into place.
Or just cut off the tabs and have a welder weld them back straight.

Those are going on my next bumper. I'd get another Demello, but would rather be back on the road sooner than later

They are the Squadron Sport... Not nearly as bright as the Pro. I often use them on the road without worrying, and they are wired to my factory fog light switch with anytime mod so they make a great DRL. I had the Pros on my 2.5RS, wayyyy too bright.

Also... bumper is off, could deliver in the Modesto area. If you want it bolted up to the truck for inspection, that might make more sense. I'm open to offers and trades. Drop to $400 on TW before putting it on CL
