What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

I need to do this!

 

Its really worth it. Ive done it. Use to be able just to shack my wheel like a 1” either way and Still be going straight now its nice and tight.

 

I never considered them "super harsh." I regularly had the psi ranging from low 40s/high 30s on the highway to mid teens offroad where needed though which might be softer than"normal"

 

Anyone ever had the gas pedal slightly rattle while slowing down or coasting. When I put my foot on it, it stops. Only does it at a certain rpm, above 2k.

When I'm slowing down and downshifting it annoys me enough I try to heal toe.....havnt learned that yet

 

Anyone know how to take the stock front bumpstops off?

 

I get that too, but along with a clunkish noise from somewhere under the truck. Toyota couldnt figure it out and it hasn't gotten worse so I guess its ok for now. Probably carrier bearing related.

I just took mine off with large channel locks. Literally took me 1 minute

Nope. Just SAS the thing. And 40s. Be done with it

 

This option would be more fun. For certain snow activities anyway.

 

I wouldn't use SAS kit. I'm to out of shape for special forces lol
