It pays to shop around and wait until those deals go on I’ve gotten all of my new Suspension System for under $4K. It’s roughly I want to say around $3,800 and something. If I just purchased instead of waiting for such great deals, I would have purchased just my BDS 6” Suspension System for $3,500 and something. That’s with none of my upgrades I’ve purchased on the side too. So I basically have gotten everything I’ve wanted for just that one thing. I’ve been doing a lot of research on this setup for the past two years because I didn’t want to spend $7K or even $10K for a Suspension System.

 

Wish those wheels would come in 18”

Thanks man!! Appreciate that Yeah, I’ve thought long and hard with this build because I want this truck to last me for awhile so I’m trying to be smart with all my mods. Some are mods everyone has done and some may just work for me and others might not care for. However, it’s been a lot of fun developing this build and seeing it go from stage 1 to now! I’ve also learned a lot and I have made some mistakes with some mods that seemed smart at the time, but come to find out I’d rather have it another way that’s better. That’s part of the process though.

Exactly! Everyone knows I’ve gotten a lot of shit from some, and at times it gets to you, but in the end I just remind myself it’s my truck and just because it didn’t work for one doesn’t mean it won’t work for another. A lot of things that go wrong with your truck is because of the owner and how they choose to run their truck. That doesn’t mean I choose to run my truck like that and therefore it won’t work for me.

To those that have not received the new T-SB-0062-18, I recommend you make time to do so. One said that it is like a minor ECT PWR update and I echo that. Truck runs so much smoother. Whatever Toyota did to update the ECU is what they needed to do. However, some say they have received the update and it has gone back to its original state. For those, I’m truly sorry. I hope mine does not do that. As of now, I have driven over 100 miles and it’s amazing. You can definitely tell a difference. Make sure Toyota adds the Modification Label to your truck though because that is verification that they actually did the update and didn’t just say they did it. I’ve seen people leave the dealership without it and it makes me wonder if they actually did it because in the document if they read it it tells Toyota to make sure they fill out the label and apply it to the hood and use a Black Sharpie.

Yea I love my Sema wheels but are a PIA to clean...lol...just bought SCS Ray10's. They are as hard to get as MESO items...
