What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

If you take them off, my preference would be to replace them with something, be it sliders or just a running tube. Otherwise it just looks unfinished to my eye. I guess there are some that might like that look though.

I was gonna look into some sliders! Definitely want something there, but not sure of the best sliders to get for little to no off-roading lol

Yeah. I just ordered the tune that was just released. Figured if I waited for the 1.05, then I wouldn’t have it in time for my trip to SoCal. I asked Mat if I should wait for it or just get the one now and update it when he sends out the new file and he said to get it now would be my best option.

Sorry. I just saw this post. I have pictures but I don’t think I did a write up at that time. I believe I made my build page after that mod so I on,y had pictures of it. It was one of the first ones done. My buddy owned a body shop and he ordered me the Barcelona Red paint and so I actually used his shop to do all of my interior items professionally.

Could you post a link where you bought this shift knob? All I see on their website is shift knobs for FJs and JKs.

Just went outside and finally drilled my two additional holes for my Rear Recovery points. Done!



Drilled a 31/64” hole



Then I used some Black Paint + Primer In One for Rust Preventative Measures.





M12x35 Flange Bolt (7/16”)
