im sure this conversation has be beat to death.
265-75-16 M/T tires on stock rims. With 3” leveling kit front and 2” blocks in rear. Will it scrub or not? I’ve heard yes and no.
I do t want to go dump money in meat for my rims if it’s going to scrub at 3/4 of a full turn. And for damn sure don’t want to start grinding and cutting stuff on a new truck? If you’ve done it. Let’s see it. Or what’s the best size to go with that looks good without scrubbing. Thanks

We’ll see if heard it will and it won’t. One of my Buddies had a 16 TRD and And to do some trimming on some stuff in the inner fender and what not. I’m trying to avoid that

Did your buddy have aftermarket wheels or wheel spacers?

It's the spacers that caused the rubbing. On stock wheels with no spacers, you'll be fine.

If you read it both ways on the forum through various threads, what makes you think you will hear anything different by starting your own...

The very first answer you received you questioned..

The only question that is stupid is the one you never ask. I ran 265/75r16 tires on my 2nd gen with a 2.5" lift. The only placed it rubbed was on the driver side front mud flap at full turned. I removed that and it never rubbed. You should be good considering the 3rd gen have a little more clearance.

You can run those on stock suspension with zero mods.

These are 265/75/16s on 16x8 rims on my truck with stock suspension.

No rub, no scrub, no problems.

Keep in mind, as well, that in most tire brands, 265/75/16 cross-section is slightly narrower than 265/70/16, although the tread width is the same, at least BFG tire.
