Nope, the fitting just came loose and lost all it's oil after being on the vehicle for so long and never being retightened or even checked

I have, but I still have at least 1/2" of clearance between the two at full compression even with no bumpstops, and even more at full droop.

I was even told about it by icon directly when I purchased them, they even sent me pictures, but I have not had the same issue as others, it is likely due to the location the reservoirs are mounted.

So far I love them, I can definitely feel the additional torque the truck has, they've only been on for a week and a half, but it's a huge noticeable improvement over stock. It's making me really think about getting a new set of wheels, probably bead-locks, and 35's put on, but I feel the need for a suspension upgrade at the same time.

    Great thread!

Any updates on the regear? How are you liking it with more KM beside the wheel? You still thinking about going to 35's?

Gears and Lockers are going strong, did the break in oil change and all quite a while ago now, been also out wheeling lots with the lockers and loving them! No issues yet

Still wanting and thinking about 35's, not sure when I'll pull the trigger, but I'll definitely be at least getting some bead-lock wheels first as the current wheels I have are pretty beat up as they're the oldest item on my truck, if of course I don't buy them both at the same time. Currently planning on getting some minor things done and/or fixed up first for the next while; things such as some additional wiring and an additional switch panel to prep for more lighting I have planned as well as in-cab winch controls on top of the existing Warn Zeon S-10 Platinum wireless controller, Updated Engine Splash Guards, Relocating the intake away from the fender well, possible new headlights, and the possibility of finally getting a Root Top Tent before spring/summer comes around, at which point I will hopefully get a IFS Suspension upgrade before the wheel/tire upgrade.

Lots of updates coming, Nice! Sounds like it's gonna be a busy next few months.

What kind of beadlocks are you thinking about getting? I've always wanted to get a set of SCS F5 and get them converted to beadlock. I would have to do a lot of reaseach and see if it's the right fit for me first if course. I've got a few other things I wanna do before that tho.

Look forward to the updates! Great BTW

Haven't totally decided yet, but possibly another set of Methods, not really a whole lot out there for beadlocks that I like

Posting a bunch of 4x4 and truck related photos from my recent trip thru Alberta and BC.

Just a recent photo of me stuck in a hole with super fine drifted in sand, I was aired down to 10 PSI and had both lockers on and couldn't get out.

First stop in Alberta on the way to BC, camped out for the night. I need a roof top tent...

Made my way into BC over the next few day and found the trail to Greenstone Mountain.

Made my way to Molybdenite Ridge only to find out it is closed for the season from mid April until July 1st due to Grizzly Bear Hibernation and likely lots of snow.

Went back to the Nahatlatch Fire Lookout for the second time almost a year apart to the date.
Met some locals at the top that live near the base who also used to live in Saskatchewan as well, thought that was super neat!

Met up in Chilliwack with William, a friend from a Calgary based 4x4 group who let me stay the night at their place, super jealous of their almost lake front property. Haha
    [IMG]

William recommended I check out Overland Outfitters(@WormSquirts) in Surrey where I bought 2 handy Backroad Mapbooks and a Crazy Beaver Shovel.
Super cool store that everyone in the area should check out, definitely will visit again.

I unfortunately suffered a few vehicular issues after I started the journey home, which meant I was going to play it safe and I decided to end any 4x4 adventures, so I continued and just did some minor hiking, sight seeing and food eating along the way, but what an amazing trip it was.

Had a minor click/grinding noise develop on the passenger side, It ended up being a CV axle which I replaced out on trail/campsite a week after I returned home
