I put the fruit on the top rack directly.under the fan so it (should) dry the most/fastest. Tomatoes do good and really dry out. Pears and apples seem to go from chewy to crunchy really fast but still never get to a crisp.

 

My fan is in the back blows horizontal not sure if that is good or not.

Oh, it is. Bacon grease alone is the nector of the gods.

When I see stuff like that I smile and ask if everything is ok. I love watching people lose their shit...makes my day.

Bacon?

 

Just got back home from having nice Dinner !! , only thing was it's a 114mile round trip to get there and back and was North of Barstow near I-40 . it's a little Desert Cafe out in the middle of the Mojave Desert called Slash X Cafe

Last time I ate there was 23 yrs ago and it's just like I remembered . you know it's a good place to eat when you see dirt bikes ,quads , utv's and jeeps in the parking lot

By the time I got there a very nasty T storm was blowing thru making for a lot of mud and flooding on Hwy 247
