    Stuff. Also things.
Nothing too crazy, but my buddy Evan @evskie53 and I ran Middle Saint Vrain and Coney Flats on Saturday.

It was the first time for both of us, and we had a pretty damn good time. Traffic was mellow, the weather was good, and amazingly enough, there wasn’t a single instance of UTV/SXS asshatery to be witnessed. Saw quite a few nice campsites on MSV, too.

Both trucks did really well, and other than a slightly dinged up bumper on Evan's rig, we came out unscathed. I definitely want go back.

Not many pics other than at the water crossing, but here they are.

When I get out there to do the Alpine loop I want to run this with you guys. Also wheeler lake since it's right near Breck, and now that I stayed/hiked there, I want to wheel there too.

You have some time, I’m at least 2-3 years out from planning another cross country wheeling trip, or my wife might divorce me.

Photo dumping from today’s Red Cone /Radical Hill/SOB Hill adventure.

Long day on the trail but had an awesome time guys. I love red cone but seriously eff radical hill and that off camber shit. We all used our skids and sliders repeatedly on red cone and SOB. Lockers if we had them. But we all made it out, relatively unscathed. Kissed some bumpers, but I think was the worst damage.

    Red Cone:

Love this shit of the trails splitting at the pass

And I have no shots of SOB Hill...awaiting others posts.

Also discovered that @2016spicytaco struck again at the camper install. So much less conspicuous than he used to be.

    Pictures or it never happened!

:hattip: Hats off to her though!

That obstacle was a whole lot of nope for me. The only option I saw was bumping up off the root on the right side to lift the front end and my first attempt was my bumper smashing the rock face like a brick wall.

Led a small group through Red Elephant Hill, Mill Creek, and Bill Moore Lake today. The challenging section of REH is much more dug out and demanding than just a year ago (when I ran it for the first time, and did it solo). I found myself three-wheeling through a few of the obstacles with both lockers on just to get through cleanly (and stay off the trees). It was a nice day to be out!

I dont think I took any on eSOB. By that point I think everybody was more worried about getting out of there, or at least knowing that we were going the right direction. Im going to post up my pics when I get home. I walked into a steak/scallops/spaghetti supper waiting on me last night and so I didnt get to play with my pics. Had a great time though! Whats up for this weekend?

I was thinking the same thing when I ran it a while ago with @Gramps. Though I was just thinking it was the couple years turn over, not just 1 year.

The whole time we were sitting at the bottom of SOB hill, not even knowing if we were on the right trail or what it was like in front of us, all I could think about was not having a winch. Well, my plate came in today! Also pictured: winch, spare wheel, UCAs and assorted recovery eqpt.

Sweet John, great to finally run a trail with you. Although, I was 50/50 on SOB Hill on who was actually running who, but we made it up.

Well, not having a winch and whether or not I would have rear bumper left after droppping back in from the right.
