pardon my ignorance, but how does a block cause premature sagging?

Depending on the design... The one they put on my truck was smaller than the spring seat on the axle, meaning when the springs flexed the pressure point was smaller/less distributed

Edit: also increased axle wrap regardless of block size

You will have increased axle wrap as well (I edited my post to add this, forgot to mention it)

Oldest Grandson and I drove back from Boise Idaho with the rest of his and his twin brother and sister belongings, 6 large HD packing boxes full. My wife and I have gained legal custody so now we are living with 3 teenagers and the boys are planning Mods for my truck and wife's Mini. Had to have unlicensed grandson drive for 150 mile for me as my eye got tired. Had Cataract Surgery on the 30th of July and with the smoke and just plain eye strain it go unsafe. Luckily he had enough experience to drive safely while i rested, most in I80 so traffic wasn't a problem. Did have a rolling car show as Hot August Night was in Reno and saw many cars, mostly on trailers head to their home. Lot of Rat Rods. I drove home from Fernely Nevada to Sacramento a my eyes were ok by then and I would put him in that crazy traffic coming down the Serria's in to the central valley on a Sunday afternoon. Now after selling my Gen 1 and buying the Gen2 I am looking for 2 Gen 1's for the boys. Or like I told my my give the boys the Gen 2 and buy a new Gen. 3 guess how that went over.

Installed Bilstein 5100s with 887 coilovers and UCAs up front and Bilsteins with a single AAL in the rear. Bumped up from 265/70R16 to 265/70R18 Hankook Dynapro HTs on 18x8 Raceline Surges. Gained 4" in the front and 3" in the rear and got rid of the Taco lean.

Have a slight rub on the front passenger mud flap at full right turn, nothing major. No vibes (thankfully). Getting it in for an alignment and TPMS reprogramming today and then I just gotta adjust the headlights.

Cleaned the steering wheel with a Magic Eraser again to get all that shiny crap off it. Makes it look brand new again even though I have 60k on my truck. 10/10 would recommend.

In case anyone was wondering, Felony Forest is thriving on my wiper stalk. Those are from when my truck was leaking water and smelled like mildew.

Thanks man, we bought it last fall as our forever home. Sits on 3 wooded acres and is a 5 minute drive from a ton of great wheelin' and rock crawling.

Took my truck in for an alignment.

It appears the cam tabs are on their way to being seized. Can still move, but very combative. Got it "good enough" and told me to come bring it back in a few days when the penetrating oil has soaked in. Any recommendations on a fix, or am I gonna need to break out the checkbook for new LCAs, etc?
