I so need to get these, my leaf bushings are due for a change. Thanks for the reminder.

I'm not a fan of using spacers/shims but was thinking about getting the 1/2 shim for the driver side. Anyone use this before? That's stupid that Icon doesn't give you the wrench with the COs, I had no idea when I got my Icons. My Donahoes came with it, same exact thing, just not black so I was good.

Some guys just use an extended punch which is a good idea. The hook end on the CO wrench is useless, in my case anyway.

What’s the deal with the exhaust? I can’t run the stock setup without modification?

I bought my Icons used, the PO didn’t include the preload wrench. I just had the fronts rebuilt a couple weeks ago by Rock-n-Road up by Sacramento.

Actually, those items I ordered were the only things I ordered new. Figured I’d rather spend the money on a good used suspension setup rather than more on say a 5100/Eibach combo.

Way ahead of you! Seems like my only issue now is the rear exhaust problem mentioned above. First I’m hearing of it.

Your shakle wilm probably swing into the exhaust. So you either need to move the hanger or cut it off before the axel like the cool guys

But I like the side dump stock exhaust... haha. What kind of exhaust bracket would I have to run?

Old man emu exhaust relocation bracket. But, cut it off. The new bracket makes your exhaust hang pretty low. Looks kinda weird.

I had no option but to clock mine backwards. I like how concealed it is though. It's hard to tell, but you might need to do the same too.

I made a bracket to mount to the side of my battery.

Usually the solenoid can only be mounted externally, in the center or on top of the winch motor on the left.

@BartMaster1234 - here's the issue you're going to run into, and how most of us solve it. Pics of the exhaust hitting the rear leafs, and chopping it are near the end of the post: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...ld-and-adventures.484602/page-6#post-15664937

Way easier and will be safe from your leafs. Even with the drop down bracket from ome my leafs scrapped. If you want mine you can have it. I just cut my exhaust after the u bend over the axle

I run the OME bracket, mainly cause I think my state requires the tail pipe to exit the vehicle, that and I'm too lazy to really care as I dont really go offroad. But chopping it would look better.
