    Money greedy guides most of them are from out of state , river could be 20 ft over flood stage and they’ll send you out . Locals were talking about it three weeks ago wasn’t shocked when I just did google search and it’s that area

    It started pouring when I was bout to get off work then 5min later it was hailing & then the pool @ the racquet club I work @. Stayed extra 2.5hrs incase some ty king went bad. Had to hurry up & shut off the pool filter & damn up the parking lot runoff to the creek. Saved the club from being flooded again. Got flooded really bad July 2nd. We had 2ft of mud in the depend of the pool & all 9 tennis courts had 6+ inches of mud all over them (clay courts ). Took us 2 & half weeks to clean up & open back up. Worse flood in racquet club history!
    Today was a close call!

    Dealing with the insurance company is spotty at best, especially since they have an independent adjuster on my claim.:rolleyes:

    Looks like the place that collapsed used to be where a spring came out the side. There was a pipe there and people would come fill up 5 gallon jugs of spring water to take home
    After the developments were built the water seemed to have dried up.
    This rain probably filled the old voids and broke loose ?
