Love these AJT fobs

I got mine at the dealer ship, they were selling them for 35 and you can get a 10% discount with AAA

The only thing that stops me from getting one of these beauties is that they look friggin huge in pictures. I could use another hole in my head before I would add another giant object to my slowly growing key ring.

Anyone have size comparison pictures?

 

It allows me to keep track of which FOB goes with which truck I have a Cement and a Cavalry Blue Taco (as well as an 01 but that truck still uses an old school key).

No more Quicksand with TRD letters....I'll stick with my factory fob.

 

had one for the 2016 Tacoma when they first came out. bbp color fob and screws. never had an issue with color peel. sadly moving to a 2018 tundra the new AJT fobs require you to destroy the oem fob case since the key is molded to the case.

I emailed him last night and he said all TRD ones were being “phased out”. He didn’t say but I suspect that Toyota has been contacting some folks over the use of TRD. I bought the SE Toyota Emblem Blackout Package over the weekend and paid a mint for it because I couldn’t find the NoxLux kits any more.

 

Yeah i heard the same from him when i sent him a message before, hence my warning earlier in the thread.

Actually i was thinking it may be a simple mod to remove his AJT logo then just insert a TRD decal within the full back square area of the fob. i think it should look just about as good.
