    Correct, you can but you really have to look for it. More like the clearcoat mismatch but even 5 feet away you cant tell.

    Buff the rest of the truck and paint the hood and roof. I had a new tailgate replacement put on which needed paint as well.

    There is a zerk fitting for the slip yoke and one for the Cardin ball joint in the center of the two ujoints. Cardin has 3 zerks

    More than likely the slip joint lack of grease or wearing, the yoke,
    if you haven’t been greasing the center zerk in the Cardin joint could be that too.

    Here’s where I hurt it. I didn’t jump up the last bit with quite enough momentum and came down on the shaft, gas tank and muffler. Significant driveline vibration, gas gauge stuck at 3/4 (went in with 1/2).

    greased them all 3 times. Only had the truck since February. Sometimes its not bad. Sometimes it is. Waiting for it to get worse so I know what the hell it is.

    Most of the BLM land is on fire, Hollister Hills SVRA is still looking good. I’ll keep checking in. There’s a whole bunch of different wildfires blazing on across the state.

    I was flying home and I could see it from my plane.
