so I decided to order some Baja Designs Wide Cornering Fogs lights instead of ditch lights since I'll already have a 30" light bar in the SSO bumper

I figured I would get daily use out of the fogs instead of occasional (at best) use out of some ditch lights

I've seen these... But have been wondering... Why is this better than simply hanging the cap by the tether to the door latch. Isn't that what the "kink" in the tether is for?

 

Oh it's just one of those fun mods. I wouldn't say it's better than using the cable, but certainly looks cooler.

 

that's what I was doing.... I just wanted to support small business that make cool little things for our trucks... plus it was worth the $20 for some talking points with a couple buddies

 

For me I never had the cord for my gas cap so I wanted this so I didn’t have to set it down on the bed

 

We could clear some trees tho
