All the time. I’m I always looked at it as follows: You normally cannot pick who you work with (Unless you are like the CEO, or President, or Supreme Leader, or the large cheese). So a lot of times you get stuck working with JV All Stars. A portion of what I made in any job, was me charging my employer for having to deal with these derelicts. If I got lucky and some of my fellow minions were not complete buttheads, well that was a bonus.

Ultimately, good work is recognized and rewarded. Make the extra cash on OT, break your back. Do your best and the non-performer will be exposed. They always are. Hang in there man. Their boss knows they aren’t cutting it. They always know, even when you think they don’t.

Just first hand experience.

I've used Big Two and they are fine to deal with. If anything you just got to stick to your guns with what you want and are expecting. If they don't do what they are supposed to, then you got to go over the SA's head to the Service Manager or even Toyota Corp.

 

That is my experience with them. Just get tired to always having to push and pull for them to do things. That is not taking in all the time I spend sitting around for a 4 hour tire replacement or waiting for them to find a car to use.

I was just hoping for a place I can drop the truck off and they just fix it.

I deliver to ontrac distribution center occasionally and they are the most unorganized and unfriendly place that I deliver/pickup at.
