I have started an argument in the workplace by asking this question.

The consensus is that it is still a grilled cheese since it is still made as a grilled cheese originally and you just put bacon on top of the grilled cheese.

But if you order a grilled cheese add bacon, you have now turned that into a melt.

 

so question how do you make a grilled cheese vs how do you make a melt...

because to me there is a different process for both a grilled cheese you put a little butter on the bread before putting it into the pan where a melt is just a hot sandwich without the butter on the outside

try mayo on the outside instead of butter, so good

This rain has been incredible. Stoked to get some cooler temps mid August!
