I notice that when I take my hands off the wheel, I tend to drift to the drivers side. Granted, I also removed my front sway bar so that could affect road feel. Uneven tread wear could cause your vehicle to handle strangely. Rotate your tires every 5 to 10k miles. The manual calls for a straight front to back rotate, but I do the back to front cross. IE, back pass becomes front driver, back driver becomes front pass, front driver becomes back driver and front pass becomes rear pass. Hopefully you get your driveability issues straightened away.

If you think about caster as your wheel base then the DS is longer than the pass side hence wanting to rotate or turn rt. For me using camber to adj. for road crown always turned out a lot better. It also takes camber more to overcome a poor caster set then deal with road crown.

We are in PA til Thursday. Been up and down the hwy here a couple times at 70ish. Other than not being able to see out the rear view can’t really tell it’s there. I’ll know more on the ride home.

Planning on opening it up at home to get used to setting it up.

This is true and the bigger the tires the more they want to "wallow" around and follow the idiosyncrasies of the road.

My sway bar is deleted also. Sounds like our drift is reversed haha. I do rotate every oil change. But I do a 5 tire rotation to keep my spare tread the same as the others

Damn man that sucks. My old front bumper is far from perfect but I don't need it anymore you can have it. Same with the impact beam. Also have a factory front grille you can have.

But you understand it what's annoying is that customer that wants the look for his mall crawler yet wants it to ride and track like it's stock and is pissed because you can't make that happen.

I would run and hide and let another schmuck in the shop get married to them. I hated dealing with that crap. Working for a chevy dealership we were married to them off the bat for warranty with the stupid lift kits they put on. My suggestion to a customer that kept repeatedly coming back was to buy a stock truck they didn't like that too much.
