    I have this:
    https://www.bestbuy.com/site/thinkw...VDcRkCh1mlwi-EAQYAiABEgLVAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

I bought it when it was $100 so right now is a hell of a deal for it. I wish I could’ve bought it at this price.
It has 1080p resolutions so it’s pretty good. I’ve had it for a couple months now and it works great. It auto cycles every 15 minutes.
It can be hard wired too.

I just connected mine into the power connection in the center console and it turns on every time the truck comes on. I ran the wire along the roof cover and then down the side pillar and under the seat to it so it stays hidden.

If you live in a hot state do yourself a favor and don't get one with a lipo battery

I’ve had 106 degree weather where I live and I’ve left it parked outside all day in direct sunlight and it’s been fine.

You'll be fine with any dash cam that uses a capacitor as it's means for power supply. Any dash cam powered by a battery will likely not hold up very long in your kind of heat.
