Saw him a couple times at random meets what happened...

 

Not in jail. No electronics in jail. (which is where he is 'til out on bond or sentenced)
Not in State Prison (not TX anyway) Some have phones smuggled in but their working off data plans and somebody outside has to pay. Limited access to PC's. in library. Heavily filtered. (can't have pedo's looking at the dark web for pic's) Of there was ever a case for cell phone blockers, this is it but it would affect guards also.

I would imagine in Fed. Prison. depending on classification, they get a bit more leeway in the library but they ain't got Ipads in their cells if that's what you're asking.

Whatever sentence he's handed, he'll do every day. No early outs from there. Better digs but stiffer sentences.


edit: I know some will say I'm sticking up for these guys when I say this (I'm not, most are scum who should never get out.) but prison isn't a good time. In TX, (hot) State Prisons are not A/C. You want a TV (local channels only) you buy one of those 600 dollar clear bodied 10" sets that guards can see through so it's not a hiding place for drugs. Clear MP3 player 200. When released, you can't leave it, that would start a fight.

Has someone offered to drive his truck while he is incarcerated? Would hate for him to get out in a couple of years and his truck not be in running shape!

 

10 to 40 years sentancing guidelines for taking a bank - even without a weapon - in the fed. I think keeping it might be the best option and besides, if it isn’t paid off bank is gonna pick that up.

 

True but I guess you kinda have to if you are spokesperson or sponsored by company’s to show your truck and putting your self out there you have to be cool with car clubs that are always hosting events but regardless guy was a nice guy and was always humble when I would talk to him at events... will see what’s happens after all this

He’s out on bail already. I doubt he will even do 1 year in California.
