I agree with Dan on this. I only got the CB set up because I got a deal on it second hand. I feel much better knowing I have a HL, straps, tools, etc than a CB. Look into getting stuff that'll make you more self reliant like the deflator but that can be done with a simple air gauge. Airing up is a good idea. Tire repair kit, maybe some spare parts etc.

I have some basics, but I wanted to upgrade. I have an old construction grade lifting strap that was frayed and no good for lifting but still in good shape, 20'x2" 5k lb rated. I know not ideal but it'll do in a pinch. Also have a cheap AutoZone compressor and air gauge. I really wanted something more efficient so airing up or down isn't such a hassle.

CB sounds fun. But I think you're right, it isn't as essential.

That thing is crazy. Wasn't someone somewhere asking about an 8 foot bed the other day?

I tried downtown twice but wasn’t going to wait for an hour outside in line just to get inside.

I just got here to the one on Leeds 30 minutes before they open and there’s already 25+ people waiting outside.

    :annoyed:

Alright I have two local favorites to share:
    Screenshot_20180816-091340_Maps.jpg Screenshot_20180816-091302_Maps.jpg

Josephine is a good steak/tex mex place that's priced well and is an interesting place. Schilos is a good German place I suggest for breakfast. The papa Fritz is pretty good, and their spicy mustard is super hot. I hope you enjoy your trip! Remember the Alamo!
