What are the smaller bushings for?

There’s a total of 12 bushings. 4 Large in the daystar packing, 4 Large ones in a loose bag, and 4 small ones in a loose bag.

You're going to have to mix and match lol. I needed two Daystar kits, one for each side (8 bushings total). That's not including the upper rear shackle bushings but I just kept the OME ones in there. IIRC the upper shackle bushings were the longer ones. But you'll have to mix and match and see what fits. They should pop in and out by hand or with a punch, you aren't stuck with them once they go in.

I just mean I don't know if the other bushings you have will fit or not...all I know is the Daystars worked for me and I needed one pack per side. But you might have enough there to make it work assuming the Wheelers ones fit

Do I attach the shackle to the leaf spring before I put it on the truck?

If they are the same, the ones Wheeler's sells as their own are made by Daystar... well at least that is what they kept telling me.

Seat the leaf spring pack onto the perch on the axle first. Once the center pin is lined up on the perch, line up the main eye bolt and do that one first. Then do the rear shackle...the shackles move when the bolts are loose and make lining them up easy, its the main eye bolt that is a bitch to do especially if you do it last.

I put the main eye of the leaf in first then pick the leaf up and put in both top and bottom of the shackle at the same time.

That's so tough, do the axle stuff dead last and you won't have to lug so much weight.
