Yeah. You know, like the young girl who says she just "tapped" the bumper of another car and her insurer raised her rate.

I've been there but I've stuck with USAA...

I hit a 2012 Mini Cooper while parallel parking one time; No damage to my Tacoma and $1,200 to the Mini! Yes, my rates went up, but that claim has aged out...

    And those "taps" cause damage.

It's whether or not the other person wants to report it...

    Who's your insurer?

Is full coverage really that unaffordable? I didn't get my license until I was 22 so I was near the end of the "high-risk" age bracket. Also, the Taco wasn't paid off yet so we had to have full coverage...

Yeah two of mine are when people don't clear off the foot of snow from their roof giving give the person behind them their own personal blizzard, as stated in the original post and I didn't read all the pages maybe someone already said this one, but my hands down number one annoyance/ rage is when there's construction ahead or what have you and signs saying merge left or merge right or whatever and so everyone's making their way over except for the self important assholes who use the empty lane to rush to the front of the line and cut everyone off. God I can't stand that.

They pull that stuff at the tolls on the Bay Bridge too. One time I let a guy in and he paid my toll though.

I've seen some people do this as a solution and I've done it once myself when you see in your mirror the person zooming along passing everyone, to swerve over and block their path. Saw a trucker do this once too ina pretty awesome moment. there was a line of stopped traffic we were in on a long Pennsylvania mountain decline. Everyone was down to one lane for construction and some guy pulls out and zooms on ahead clearly hoping to cut in farther up the line and this trucker just gassed it and pulled over hard to block his way. He wasnt having it! Dude had to slam on his brakes to avoid hitting the truck. I applauded. Good on ya' mr. trucker. No one would let the guy back in line after that it was wonderful.

One time I was on a stretch of road where it goes from two lanes to one, and I got sick of people roaring past me on the right, exactly where it went from two lanes to one. I finally positioned my truck to block people getting past me, and this person in a dark red Honda CRV got butt-hurt. A few feet up the road, they roared up alongside me on the right (illegally on the shoulder) laying on their horn. I ignored them...

Yeah that's about how it went when I tried it. There was no shoulder in the trucker story though it was great. Just today though I was in traffic and someone rode the inner shoulder to get by everyone. There was a cop in the outer lane right there too but he must not have seen them not cared enough

As you will see in my signature, I have one hell of a sound system in my Taco. One time on a nice day, I was blasting "Bat Out of Hell" with the windows down while waiting at a red light. This white-collar douchebag in a late model Hyundai pulled up alongside me and glares at me, then said something I couldn't hear; I'm guessing he was telling me to turn down the stereo...

    Excuse me?!?!

I just ignored him and kept Meat Loaf at almost full blast. He responded by flooring it and then using the right-turn-only lane to cut in front of me...

It drives me nuts when people smoke in their vehicles and the smell drifts into my truck when I've got the windows down, but I don't tell them to extinguish their cigarettes!

When I was a kid I was in the car with my friends, one of the kids mom was driving us, we were in slow traffic. My one friend points to the shoulder and says how come no ones using that lane!? We're all like dude that's not a lane that's the shoulder. He says oh....my mom uses that lane all the time! Haha

I can also tell who maintains their car and who doesn't when they try to illegally pass me and I outpace them...

One time I out-accelerated some asshole in an Altima who was trying to do this! Translation: Engine sludge!

This is the exact opposite of a driving pet peeve...

    More like an epic win!

When people want to start something, and then I point at my dashcam and their balls shrink back into their bodies as they drive away in shame!

You're actually supposed to drive in both lanes up until the merge point. Its called the zipper method, google it.

This I know, but people were illegally passing me and cutting me off, and I did something about it. I also lane split on the 202 Expressway to keep people from cheating past me...
