We don't deal much with kids, anything that is even questionable, we ship to Children's in Birmingham. They say we are getting a NICU, so that should change though.

 

In my experiences NICU = young attractive nurses... just sayin

 

Then we definitely need a NICU

 

We have 440 beds, the nurses work 12hr shifts, a lot of attractive ones on nights I don't think NICU has any more than any other unit.

 

It might help if I got outside the ER much I learned a long time ago to never shit where you eat.....ends badly

 

I’ve been in male dominated professions all my life. We had clinicians at the jail but they were batshit crazy and clearly not getting enough attention at home.
Now, I’m far too old and invested in my family to even think about what it’d be like...

 

I'm 39, so I'm not out chasing tail like I use to, quality over quantity now
