One of my friends with Aspergers...

He is a little bit lower-functioning than me in terms of social skills to say the least, and he does not respond well to criticism. A perfect example would be when I invited him over to my house and left the front door unlocked. He will literally just walked into my house on a couple different occasions and nobody knew he was there for several minutes because my parents and I were in different parts of the house. When I told him he couldn't do this, he got rather upset. It took a couple more times for me to learn my lesson and start locking the door when I was expecting him to come over...

    Barback
    Errand runner

The bench seat in my RC has a tear in it, and my plan is to ultimately replace the seat as soon as I find one on the cheap. However, the biggest problem is finding a seat fairly close to me. Until then, I've decided to invest in a high-quality seat cover.

I want a Wet Okole, because they are custom-made and airbag-friendly (I have a 2010 so I have airbags in the seats). The specific seat cover I want is $260-$270 or so, directly from Wet Okole. My dad swears he's seen another company that also makes custom, airbag-safe seat covers at a lower price than Wet Okole...

I've had mine for about 6 months now and love them, worth the investment.

Bought mine through Seat Covers Unlimited and I’m very pleased. Another company that looks pretty good is Sportsman Camo Covers.

I’m on the “Yay” side of the debate. I’ve had front covers on my truck for maybe 5 years and they’ve held up really well.

I surf (a lot) and drive home in a damp bathing suit or wetsuit often, so the waterproof covers help keep the interior from getting too nasty.

I also like the extra half inch of cushion they provide to the seat bottom. I’m about 6’ tall and with the Wet Okole I feel a bit less like my butt is dragging on the ground.

Have mine for 6 months now. They are great, comfortable padding and water proof which is the reason I bought them. I never even think about it when I’m done surfing a just jump in and go. Dog slobber, soggy board shorts, sand and everything else it handles it great. I just spray my covers down once or twice a month with all natural fabric freshener and boom they smell great.

I have had mine for about 6 months as well and I echo the same as these guys. Most of my friends have seat covers of all types and at some point they all get ratty or whatever and stretched, but it does seem that the wet okoles hold up very well although I havnt had them that long. My fav thing about them besides seat protection is the extra layer of padding. I swear it has ruined me from ever driving my truck without them as its like throwing a topper on a bed, just not the same. They are pricy, but they do last from the other guys I have seen.

As I type this, I am itching to get a set for my girl's xterra...just too damn good to not do.

The cool thing is you can likely just roll to their spot since you are out in HI. When I get them for my ride...my girl was like "well they look cool," but then she sat in it and was instantly enjoying the added comfort.
