i already have the 3"suspension spacers in the front and 2" blocks in the rear, i was wondering if it was possible to put the bilstein 5100 shocks on it to, too give it another 2.5" of lift, or can i not do that for some odd reason?

I don't know much about anything, but that sounds like a bad idea.

i think that would be about the same as havin cinder blocks for tires nothing would be left to absorb shock

Do a body lift if you really want the extra height, but they suck so nevermind.

Stacking a spacer lift on the billy's @2.5 will give you basically no down travel on the shocks. you will top them out and damage them easily.

The spacer lift i have puts the spacer above the bearing plate so it does not compress the spring. would this set-up with the 5100 be safe?? Not planning it yet but to leave my options open for later. Thanks for all your help and I've got say ditching the diesel F250 and down scalling to a 2010 DC was great, I love this litle truck.

you won't be able to do it... since the bilsteins have about 4" of travel up and down... the stacked lift will be at 5.5" which is not physically possible with only 4" inches of travel up or down.

but that is the least of your problems...

just get spindles if you want that much lift... or a pos body lift

Don't ghetto rig your truck...shit breaks that way...just do it once and correct! I wish I woulda been a member before I bought my Front 3" spacer. I gotta AAL in the rear so i'm good there. Just Get the Camburg 4" Spindles...Its the best quality of lift you can get from what I've heard...plus it uses all factory components like UCAs etc...

how this is even asked is amazing to me. just look at your suspension and if u have any idea how it works u will understand it cant be done. u can not leave your lower controle arms in factory location and just stack lifts together. do u know what the angle of your upper and lower contole arms would be and your cv joints and your rack and pinion? there is a reason that for more then 3" of lift there are drop bracket lifts like procomp and fabtech. it is because it is necessary to keep your geometry inline. not just cause it sounds like a good idea.
