I just swapped in my OME suspension to the new truck, and in the process pulled out a set of King coilovers, I think they are the OEM line. Couple questions...

How much do these things cost?

Should I hang on to them?

Was that a stupid thing to do, swap Kings out for the OME I had on the old truck?

Should I put them back in?

    Thanks!

Ha. I am aware of that. But I can put them right back in very quickly....I still have them and I've never dealt with King before. So yeah...

No one answered my questions though...

That is sick. My friend builds dune buggies and Kings is all he will use. He said he might be able to arrange a visit to the facilities for me too. That would be sweet.

I was in Ocotillo Wells one time and saw a sweet FJ running them and since then I had to have them.

On the truck when I bought it. Knew they were nice, but didn't know they sold for a G. I think I will put them back in sometime soon. Not right now though.

They're in good condition though as well. And my understanding is that they adjust up to 2.5" of lift or so?

You can have the King coilovers rebuilt with whatever rate spring you need and revalved to perform how you like for YOUR type of driving. you can have them optimized for rock crawling or high speed desert racing or anywhere in between. I would like to get these myself.
