I'm preparing to replace the timing belt, water pump, and all drive belts. What else should I consider replacing while I'm in there?

I have an 03 V6 with 93k miles on it.

Idler bearings and fan hub bracket bearing,

Fan hub bracket bearing pulley probably is ok but your in there.
Most people do not replace this part when doing a timing belt.
This bearing when it goes out tends to seize up.
When mine went out the bearing locked up with no warning.
Another member here had his go out, locked up
and the bracket broke and took out the radiator, fan, shroud and timing cover all at once.

My advice is change it when ever doing a belt change

That's a rare occurrence, but one that should be considered. I hadn't even thought about that bearing, but for the extra few bucks, I guess I should have replaced it along with all the other stuff that goes with replacing a timing belt.

Probably rare that it exploded but this bearing locked up on me without any notice and left me on the side of the road dead because I didn’t replace it at the last belt change.
This is a bearing and like ALL bearings they wear out with miles

Water pump and I would change cam seals and crank seal. Bearings don't fail with age as much as seals do, it's at least 15 years old at this point. My rule of thumb is do it all, I don't like to do things twice and don't buy cheap parts of its hard to get to. I'll buy a cheap starter or alternator, but will always go oem for water pumps belt and seals.

I just recently did this maintenance and wrote it all up, with part numbers and links to purchase the parts + tools. You can read about it (with photos) here: Changing the Timing Belt, Water Pump, and More

    And, there's a printable step-by-step here: https://adventuretaco.com/step-by-s...r-3-4l-v6-5vzfe-also-4runner-tundra-and-t100/

Thanks everyone! Sorry about the non-replies. I agree with most of you, I'd rather replace everything that makes sense while I'm in there since I'd rather only be in there every 90k.

Where did you find the p/n for the fan hub bracket? I am looking at my Toyota part catalog and all I see is the p/n for entire fan hub assembly ($517) (16307-62030).

There are several kits available from different sellers on Ebay containing OEM parts to do this job.

Talked to a couple of dealers today and you have to buy the whole clutch/pulley/bracket assy from Toyota. Anyone have the Aisin part number?

There are lots of aftermarket ones available, not sure the Aisin number, essentially it’s just a 10.00 bearing on a bracket, I never
looked into the possibility that maybe there is a way to press a new bearing on there?

Definitely all good input, and exactly what I was hoping for. Originally I only had the belts, water pump, and thermostat. I'm going to add the seals, bearings, and pulleys as well before I get started.
