Can anyone help me out with this? I have my CB radio attached in the cabin, and I have the antenna mounted on the bed, but I cant seem to figure out how to get the side T panel open on the passenger side where the seatbelt is. I was able to get the floor panels out on the doors, but I cant find where I can run the wire from inside the car to under the car.

I just ran mine along my frame and brought it up through the rubber grommet under the drivers seat.

Below the driver and passenger seat there is a grommet that you can run it through. It’s underneath the carpet but if you look under the truck you can see it.

vvvvv what these guys said. There should be a grommet under the passenger side front seat as well as under drivers front seat. Unless something changed on third gens, thats the way the second gens were.

I'll give mine to @twheat40 when he comes over today and he can bring it over the weekend. You'll need to google the manual to figure out how it works. It's a little complicated.

There is also a grommet on the passenger side through the firewall under the glove box. It has a little more room to mess around with from what I remember. Of course then you would have to cross over the top of the engine. Just run it through some wireloom.

I think anybody with a 3rd gen automatic should get the new tsb done.

After they did it, I went to ORI. My buddy john has a stock trd.

He tried it. Its night and day different.

When you drive with ect on, it feels more "peppy".

This feels better than the ect. It hunts for gears less, even when driving up the mountain to my house.

Is this the TSB for the surging at 40-50 mph also, or just for the delay from a stop?
