So right now she is trying to perfect her technique and needs a couple different vehicles to see how different colors react. If you agree to allow her to use the picture in her portfolio she is doing it for free right now, to get the process down. It took about 2.5 hours last night and we did about 20 different shots.

It’s a neat teqhnique but takes so much patience. The slightest camera movement ruins the entire shot :bananadead:

I did a bunch 10 years ago and finally got a blurry, poor subject shot. Haven’t messed with it since
    :bored:

Woke up at 8:30, got ready for work. Ya know how it is. Got a call saying both my clients couldn't come in because high school started today. Went back to bed... and just woke up :bananadead::bananadead::bananadead::bananadead:

Would a tripod and remote be ideal for something like this?

    Very much.

The slightest breeze can screw it up, though. Like I said, patience is key

I had a doctor's appt. at 11, for a prescription refill that my old GP used to fill w/o an office visit. This dickhead rolls into the room at 11:50, apologizes for being late, I agreed that he was late. he asks me 2-3 questions, to which I grunt out monosyllabic answers, and I'm out the door. Impatient? Or sick of people wasting my time...

When I rolled in for my appointment this am, on time, the monkey behind the glass asked if I brought my insurance card in. I said no, but that it was the same as the one they had on record. She said they had to reconfirm the insurance annually. I told her I had been in less than a year ago. She looked it up, and said, "yes, you were here in October". She stared at me, and I said, "last October is less than a year ago". To which she replied, "so you don't have your insurance card?". I said no, as I eyed up her neck to my hands forming a circle ratio....

Waited an hour and a half for the superintendent at a job site so I could do 5 minutes of work. I guess stupid is just in the air today.

Shrockworks emailed me back and said it would be $100 extra to add the kick out on the sliders. :annoyed: He said I caught them Just in time, aka they still haven’t gotten to the sliders.

Sound like a fair enough deal?

This photographer had a tripod and an assistant to help run the camera, and to change the color filters.
