Yup yup, love em so far. They are comfy on road and ride well off road. There a lil stiff at low trail speed but i prefer em that way and its not that bad. Only thing i wish for is more droop lenth on the front and rear. But for the price point on them i cant complain one biy.

 

Yes, they will, as we use the same top and bottom ends as a stock coil, which they do too.

What type of warranty do your products carry?

 

The suspension has a full 2 year warranty. If it's not something that we can easily fix, we just replace it. Same with our MRR shocks too.

I recently put a 2 inch spacer lift on my 3rd gen TRD Pro, but I'm not happy with the rear blocks. I do not want to have the ride any more stiff, but i would like to replace the block with a new leaf spring pack.
Do you guys have a leaf spring pack which will provide the 2 inch lift without stiffening the ride?
I also like the fact that the bushings are greaseable, hopefully this prevents any squeaking.

Hey man.

No, we don't have a "comfort ride" lifted spring for the back of those. Even our lightest spring with no weight in the back rides firmer than stock. The only way to get around this is to add weight to the rear. By adding lift into the leaf springs, it firms the up a little by default, because there is more arch in them.

How is the ride with the blocks? What don't you like about them? Is the bed always empty, or do you carry weight?

 

Well, the first issue i don't like is the squeaking of the stock spring leafs, and after adding the blocks, the leafs deformed to an S shape and lost the arch.
Not sure if this is normal. the leafs have a flat shape now,

Geez, I didn't know that new trucks were suffering from squeaking leaf springs. That's usually an aftermarket problem with some brands.

Are you loading it up? That causes the leaf springs to deform quickly when adding the blocks.

 

Yeah, the leaf springs in the rear really squeak badly.
But anyway, if there are no stock ride quality aftermarket springs, i might keep the blocks a bit more and when these leafs are all bent, move over to the aftermaket leaf pack.

i usually don't load the truck, but some instances there is cargo of about 1500 lbs in the bed. but that is for short period of time.

You could buy our greasable bushing kit and greasable pins front and rear to see if that will shut them up?

Yeah, adding weight with blocks in place, the springs get worn out pretty fast and start to curve. If you do add that sort of weight once a month or something like that, upgraded/stronger springs would be recommended.

 

I plan on adding a 100 lb Winch/streamline bumper combination and rock sliders. I would like a 2 inch lift after the weight is added, and I do not plan on adding anything additional to the front end. I also plan to use a headstrong progressive AAL on the rear.

Yes, that's correct. With that weight and those parts, you would be at 2" front lift

 

@Dobinsons Mike What are the extended and collapsed lengths on the front and rear shocks? What are the free heights of the various coil springs?

I'm just trying to figure out the difference in the 220 and 221 struts. Also trying to figure out if the lift heights on the springs are for 2nd or 3rd gen. Your site says 2005-2019 soooooo.

Front Strut Options
GS59-221 - Twin Tube, fixed mount (not adjustable), suits 0-2.5" lift (21.3" extended length), can be used on stock height or lifted vehicle, use with OE or aftermarket coils, coil seat mount same as OE. Diff drop kit not needed
GS59-220 - Twin Tube, fixed mount, suits up to 3" of lift, higher coil seat height gives extra 1" lift at the wheels over listed coil spring heights above. (22.28" extended length), longer travel than normal, recommended to run with diff drop kit. Use this with 2" coil to get 3" of lift.

Rear Shocks
Our rear GS59-940 shocks are 361mm compressed and 614mm extended. That's the maximum allowable length that a shock could be on that vehicle. Even with the shocks removed, the leaf springs won't reach any further than our shock at full extension, at least not under their own weight.
