    I see Frizz you were under the impression I thought it was giving me lots o’ power, I just can tell it holds a shift longer, and to my knowledge I don’t believe you are supposed to tow with it on. Gearcruncher elaborated on this topic before I believe its in his sig.

    no I did not assume it gave you more power. nothing I typed mentioned or implied that. :rolleyes:

    and yes, you are supposed to use it while towing, that's why it is there. it helps if you want to merge with traffic and when under load will allow you to accelerate up to a speed a little sooner. the only thing ECT does is change at what RPM the shift point occurs.
