Get some ABS plastic or some similar rigid plastic sheet and a heat gun. Make a template with cardboard and trace it out on the plastic and cut it oversize. Then heat and form to the fender, attach with either a silicone type sealer/adhesive, or drill and attach it with screws/bolts/etc. Trim the excess. ???? Profit.

It's just a tri-fold aluminum ramp. One section slides into the box under the bikes axle slider, and just strap it down to the stock bed anchors in the back.

 

Sure this has been covered in a previous thread, but how do you remove that bar?

 

You just take off the one bolt from the bottom right here and it slides right out.

I'm sitting here contemplating ordering that front bumper, can't decide if I want the hoop or not. The hoop looks good, but I've previously convinced myself to go with no hoop.

 

Its not doing anything being there with an aftermarket bumper. You'll hit that before even coming close to that little beam. If you do, its not gonna matter anyway because you or them must have been going mach 1 and smashed straight into you.
