Who wants to buy my Pro wheels? Just kidding... dealer shenanigans inside

The local dealer has a trd off road that has pro wheels that are included for the low low price of $2,795 smackers (don’t worry, they also give the buyer credit for the stock wheels). So, I’m asking if anyone would like to buy my lightly used pro wheels for the very generous bargain price of oh how about an even 2 grand. I’ll then take that money and order a new set of pro wheels for 800 bucks and have 1200 bucks left over for rock sliders and some new tires. Any takers?

Seriously though, it’s shit like this that makes me disgusted at dickhead dealers who try this kind shit. Oh, and they have a pro on the lot that has method wheels that they are charging 8 grand for. I can’t imagine where they got the pro wheels from.

That's when you act interested in the truck, go back for a couple days to look at the truck with a salesman, then sit down and "negotiate" just play dumb at first and then start breaking their balls about how over priced they are

If I was actually shopping I would love to play that game, but I only stopped to look at a cavalry Blue tundra because it looked cool. Noticed the pro wheels and sticker and curiosity got the best of me on what kind of fuckery they were trying to pull.

Cool story bro. Not sure why you are concerned with what I spend my energy on. Maybe you work at a dealership or something and don’t see this type of shenanigans as anything out of the ordinary?

    Actually retired, early.
Really just do not understand why people waste they’re energy on things that don’t affect them.
    Sort of a hobby .
No I don’t see the problem. We all see different values in things.
Like you I would not buy for those prices, but there are a boat load of folks that would....obviously.
With all the info available on the internet I would definitely say it’s their own fault.
And since this is kind of a hobby to me.
Please explain why it bothers you enough to commit to a thread ?

You mean like you responding to this thread? You shouldn’t concern yourself with what I want to post and don’t. Since you are retired, you should go play golf or something instead of trolling tacomaworld.

First off, that blue sucks. Second... put this in the for sale or future sale forum. Be realistic.

Test drive an OR with the stock wheels. Then ask to test drive the OR with the pro wheels. Tell them both trucks feel the same, go else where and buy a truck.

I don't know why the pro doesn't still come with the TRD beadlock wheels.

Man we get enough click bait silly threads on here. That’s all I’m saying. Let’s get back to legit topics and info. There are real questions and issues other than the idiot dealerships tactics that we all know about. Not trying to be an asshole, but there are many more real issues than blown out pricing. Dealers are idiots we all know that.

I’m trying to get an update and my clutch pedal figured out. Oh and my differential is leaking like a couple others for the second time. That’s legit crap.
