So...Bought a new washer and dryer barely 3 years ago....with a 3 year warranty. Guess what happens to the washer less than 10 days after warranty expires? Does the expression "takes a giant shit" have a special meaning?

Called HH Gregg. (Where we bought them) They want me to pay MORE for same model with extended warranty. I want number for cheap repair service. They hook me up....with a guy who want's to make a month's income in 10 minutes.

We have a "connection" with a local appliance dealer who supplies us with TV's here at work. He'll sell me a BETTER washer for less than I can get the old one fixed.

Which leads us to me picking up, hauling, unloading, and swapping washers on a day when we've ALREADY had 2-3/4" of rain, and the heavy stuff is just now getting here.

Oh well. Another reason why I bought a topper I suppose.

Old washers make great shotgun targets and with hunting season right around the corner sounds like a fun time.:quickdraw:

Old washer (which is almost new) is in garage.

New washer is washing work clothes.

Washee is slap worn out from dragging washers up/down/up stairs.

Now to take dawg to vet for shot.

Tell me what you know about Tepui RTTs.

Chance has popped up to buy $2100 tent for $750.

They are made from the same manufacturer as the smittybilt I believe $750 is a good price

That's what I call a Great Deal if it's in good shape. How much time have you got to decide on this Tepuiarry Offer?

@MedlinAround has a Smitty RTT. If Tepui is made in the same place, then it's only a $750 tent when new.

In all likelihood, will be renting an expo trailer with it's own tent. Just thinking about potentially using this one, selling it for more than I paid once done. Looking at total weight (including my topper) as much as any single factor.

I spoke with several people now that have Tepui "Ruggedized" series tents of various models. They all speak very highly. Compare in quality and price with CVT, which is also very highly regarded.

Overland AF up in here now!

Before you know it, you'll be mall crawling expos and setting up "camp" in the REI parking lot.

Gearing up for Trask Mountain Oregon trip in the spring.

We've already got 99% of the gear we need. Just not doing ground tents this trip. Looking for; (1) better way to carry water and (2) better place to sleep.

I scanned Priznu's site and didn't see that rear rack. It would be at the head of the class now. If/when I can swing the cost, Priznu Cabrac going on truck cab. Like the lower profile.

You might have to call them if it's not there. Love the direction the build is going and I wish I was closer to lend a hand.
