    :fistbump:

Got any info on Denali state park? We we're gonna go to Fairbanks but since the chances of seeing the northern lights are slim anyway we trimmed a couple days off

Its hard already fitting everything into a 30 day time frame, especially when we're doing the truck with old(ish) trucks

We leave on June 28th and plan on arriving in Anchorage on day 14 so mid July, then trying to camp at Denali that night. Hopefully the second night camp somewhere south of Anchorage, been looking at the map but it was like 1:30am and we got tired. We we're gonna try and do some research before we called and made reservations if you'd even need to. We really wonna see the northern lights but in our research the odds aren't looking good

No that probably want happen with the lights, they get the best late January and February. Yall want to fish for halibut and salmon let me Know. Have to look at regs after the first of the year, dip netting for reds are a blast. Running the fish wheels on the Copper river is fun also.

Unfortunately we probably won't be able to go out of our way to go fishing, but if we could camp at a place near Anchorage where we could fish at our camp site that would be 10/10. I really wanted to do some salt water fishing as well but just might not get the time

    Speaking of Alaska, though...

So the deal is myself, Zeb (who many of you know and many probably don't) and a group of our friends are going from Austin to Alaska on a 30 day trip. We've been doing really extensive planning and have barely scratched the surface.

We're thinking of filming the whole ordeal for Youtube. If anyone has a serious interest in coming (June 28 to July 29th 2019, 5/7 people in our group have already gotten approved off work) and would be willing to film the trip (probably your passengers, not the drivers) we'd be willing to add another vehicle to the convoy. I'd have to talk it over with the crew first but it should be ok.

This is a big trip, however, and we plan on doing two mini trips (Big Bend and Sedona) that you would have to be able to come on as well. Just to make sure we have everything we'd need, the vehicles are in good shape, etc. Someone in the Austin area would be preferred so you can come to planning sessions nd shit. Nothing as serious as those Overland Bound guys on Youtube, but we're not taking the trip lightly either

I know I have a poor reputation of being quite the.... aggressive off road driver, but Zeb will be taking his 2005 full size Chevy, and i'm not going to put him in any situations he doesn't feel comfortable. We'd include two off road stops within the first week, Black Bear Pass and two days in MOAB, but won't be doing any real wheeling after that.

If you have any sort of interest, even if just tagging along for part of the trip, feel free to PM me :drunk:

Just make sure all yall don't have any crime offenses on your records, Canada is tough on stuff like that. They will turn you around after they hold you for a while. Especially DWI's.

See... It's that kind of backwards thinking that holds back a society from becoming more than it is. It stops progression and hurts everything as a whole. It's sad you feel this way....

Cause let's be honest... You're not accounting for threesomes and moresomes...:rofl::rofl:
