No, they do not look the same. While having the same basic tread pattern, the LT variant has much larger lugs with far more space between them while also having larger shoulder lugs and sidewall tread. The LTs have a much more aggressive look. The P version of the tire is much more akin to the docile tires that come on the truck from the factory.

Speaking strictly of load ratings on the 265/70/17
    OE 110 (Destination LE) : 2337x4= 9348 lbs.
    SL 115 : 2679x4=10716 lbs.
    LT 121 : 3197x4= 12776 lbs.
For me, I dont haul much, and my trailer is 2700 lbs loaded. So Im good with the SLs. I dont rock crawl, and most of my offroad will consist of hardpack trail, fire roads, and sugar sand. In my case, the only benefit of a LT tire would be the looks. These are my SLs.20180813_164327.jpg

Most certainly yes. I was commenting on Toyo Open Country AT IIs not Falken Wildpeak AT/3s in reference to a questions a member had about them. They are manufactured in three different tread designs. Those being the more aggressive Extreme, the standard LT and the mild P version. All three having different dimensions concerning the tread design.

I got the package online at PMC tire. The brand is Replika. Free shipping and they came balanced and mounted. The wheels themselves were only $150 each and, to me, they look perfect.

Im sorry brother, I failed you on my original response to you.

I double checked and I have the P rated version (SL), instead of the LT, as I had previously thought.

Ive had four different tires on my Tacoma, factory AT 20s, Goodyear Amortracs, MS’2 and ATW3. The MS’2 and the ATW3 have great wet roadway traction and don’t require my to baby the throttle when accelerating from a stop on wet pavement. The AT20 and the Armortracs would slip even in moderate wet acceleration.

Well they look great and the price is terrific. I'm so torn between these in 265/75R16 or 255/85s in another brand. If only they had these in the 255/85R16 size!!

I had my Wild Peat AT/3 tires installed yesterday. Quiet. Smooth. I also took measurements of my truck before and after. Gained 1/2 inch of lift.

Here is an easy way to decide which one....

Do you like your woman curvy? If so, 265 is your girl.

Do you like your woman lanky? If so, 255 is your girl.

For those who went up one size to the 265/75/16 from the stock 265/70/16 on a OR with these wild peaks on stock suspension.

Specifically those with the OEM Toyota Mud Guards on the front and back. Any rubbing?

I know those without mud guards seem to be fine, but I need to be sure no rubbing with mud guards.

Trimming /molding and CMC needed in order to run my wheel / tire combo, is not what I would consider issues.

The spacer kit itself has been flawless. No issues with the spacers themselves.
