They're always watching. I run 75mph the whole way. Gotta slow down a tad in Waco, or whenever speed changes to 60mph, but usually smooth sailing in the morn.

I wish I liked those bowflex adjustable dumbbells. I looked at them in person and was kind of unimpressed.

I really like them compared to other variants. Have used the power block ones too but the square ish shape was odd

I just need smaller weights that I can get my hand around better. With my arthritis heavier/larger dumb bells are a chore and I often drop them because my grip sucks so the little neoprene coated ones work a lot better.

 

makes sense. ever try wrist straps? but cable pulley style weight machines would work well too if an option
