Basically a bunch of people from MD and VA going to GR on Saturday to camp and then wheeling Sunday. Being organized by myself and @AR15xAR10

If you just want to wheel, then we will meet at the Ranger station on Sunday at 930.

    You want in?

That is usually what I do, or I bring it up when I have it in for a scheduled service. I have worked with dealerships before that won't do anything unless they can replicate the condition, and others that will do a TSB regardless. It really is hit or miss, IMO. Hard part is finding a dealership that is willing to work with you, which I think I have found with Battlefield of Culpeper (thanks @Casper66).

Honestly, I think that software updates like this should be done without question under warranty...but what do I know?

I ran self tappers thru a plate into my a-pillar and siliconed it, but I think I’m going to weld two studs onto the a-pillar
    to make removal easier

This ^ I still have not found a wheel I like better except beadlocks but I have no justification for those.

I love mine. I am actually debating whether or not I want to paint the "beadlock" bolts matte black to match the wheel.

When I buy a 3rd gen in a few weeks, will the latest TSB already be done? Do they update any trucks before selling them or is strictly by VIN and then any customer complaints afterwards? Or as TSB's come out, do they update vehicles on the lot?

Hello, I'm new to Tacoma World. My beloved 2003 gave its life for me when a jerk hit me and it was totaled, but I got a 2002 recently and learned about this group. I'm in Silver Spring, MD.
