Okay....sorry wrong term for the item. :drunk:

    Positive Locking Pins
    http://innovative-components.knobso...locking-pins-cup-handle-positive-locking-pins
I put two of these for each box and then a couple hex head bolts just for security. Work great. Very secure and very stable on top of a BajaRack.

My goal is to have as little tools as needed to attach stuff to the truck. I hate looking for the right size wrench for what I need.

They are very slick. Was a bit of a splurge, but very cool how they work.

'Twas a bitch to cut off, but I made it work with a 4.5" disc. Just had to cut a bunch of little pieces. A 6" would have made quick work of it.

@Subway4X4 And I didn't REALLY need to cut off more. I was only rubbing a tiny bit while aired down off road. I could have gotten more caster and fixed the problem. I did this because I had all material on hand so it didn't cost me a thing.

The head of the pins are inserted into the rack cross member channel and the shaft and the double balls go through a hole in the Plano bottom?

I use this to mount to the BajaRack:
    Screen Shot 2018-08-17 at 7.13.54 PM.jpg

Then the pin through the box and into the bracket. I ordered the pins that would give me the tightest fit with no slop when attached. Boxes don't move at all.
