I'm pretty sure they're mostly rust buckets from the East coast or from flood prone areas, but for some reason the title is still clean. How they get low mileage 1st gens is beyond me, and turn around and ask $18k for one.

I purchased my black mfc through eBay from a Canadian company but can't find any listed now.

 

I love that style rim but I can't honestly put a fake bead lock or anything with fake/false bolts on. Wish they made a clean version.

 

I wish they did the same. Easier to make just a clean smooth ring. But I bought them anyway. Still a great looking wheel IMO

 

The bolts come out... so they're real... right?

I hear you. I don't like beadlocks in general, but I find exception with this wheel. The design is just too good. I would paint the bolts black though.

 

Spectre or Scepter?

I grabbed a Scepter MFC off a neighbor last week, they broke the breather tube off the inside somehow so I don’t think it will pour well (fuel will leak out the breather hole). But if you use something like a siphon then no issue. The gasket and overall can looks in good shape though.

Think it’s worth $20?

 

I have two water, two fuel and 4 metal mounts if you want them.

Painted the bolts black on my ray10’s. So much cleaner and less chincy looking IMO

 

How about $20 and you cut another rectangle in a Vagabond corner panel?

Willing to part a fuel and water or two?

 

That's been discussed here before, but even so, worth saying $2,700 for a bumper is INSANITY. You could get a complete beater truck and hire a kid for the summer to drive around and follow you carrying all your shit for that much

 

I also want a high clearance to cut out some of the bedsides.. and yeah that price is... insane.

 

Just have someone smash into your bumper. My roommate did when he was late for work and his insurance paid for my hc swing out... Plus he had accident forgiveness so win win lol
